Provides email alerts to push important information to travelers and corporate managers responsible for travel, security and health as needed. The speed and quality of information is vital in today’s global market place. We continually monitor global news and weather and provide information to our clients and employees as events unfold through a variety of methods :

Real-time on-going monitoring – We monitor multiple sources of country and event-related information including news, government and security websites 24/7/365.

Categorizing the risk – Our risk experts identify and categories according to risk rating, urgency levels and travel impact criteria.

Communicating information – We then match the risk to traveler itineraries, and distribute it to the relevant travelers – within five days of trip departure, en route, or to travelers have returned within the last three days. We send all alerts to designated parties by default irrespective of the itinerary, for example the travel and security managers may opt to receive all alerts.

Action – The email contains a high-level summary of events, with a hyperlink for additional information. The corporate travel policy and security team will normally determine the procedures to follow when travelers receive event alerts.
