Robert Chel Seaborn
General Manager
As General Manager, Chel is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and growth of Hala Travel Management, a role that capitalizes on his well-rounded background within the travel industry. He oversees the growth and development of all functional areas of HTM – customer sales, satisfaction and retention.

Chel’s previous roles included Vice President, Global Client Management at his previous employer – the 3rd largest global Travel Management Company. While in this role, Chel managed a set of strategic global customers where he was responsible for developing business strategies, structures, processes and human resources to respond to challenges presented by global clients.

Chel’s extensive background in the travel industry provides him with an industry-wide reputation for his incredible energy.
 
Jane Warren
Projects & Implementation Manager
Jane has extensive knowledge and experience in travel management, specializing in Operations, Implementation and Project Management. During her extensive TMC experience, Jane has enjoyed much success in restructuring operations teams within the EMEA region. Jane has also led many global and regional implementations and is known for her attention to detail.
 
Steven Connolly
Manager - Client & Supplier Relations
Steven brings a wealth of experience in travel having held senior positions at Etihad Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Marriott Hotels and Rezidor Hotels. He has led a large account management team and enjoyed success in key negotiations and relationship development. Transferring these skills and experiences into Supplier Relations provides one of the cornerstones of Hala Travel Management.
 
Greg Edward
Manager Product Development
Greg has more than two decades of experience within travel management. He has spent the last 17 years in the region, 12 of these in the UAE and prior to those 5 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His previous role he managed a portfolio of travel automation and client specific processes/requirements. He possesses certification with multiple GDS providers.
 
Amir Morcoss
Sales & Business Development Manager
Amir, has over 14 years of experience in sales & account management within the hospitality industry, joined HTM from Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where in his last position, he was the Director of Global Sales Middle East, managing a portfolio of major clients. During his 10 years with Starwood, he served in executive roles both on corporate and property level in the UAE. He speaks fluent English & Arabic.
 
Fahima Kadri
Account Manager
Fahima has more than 15 years’ experience in the travel industry, having held different management positions including sales, business development and operations. Fahima’s account management skills include relationship development, strategic planning & identifying business opportunities. Fahima is fluent in Arabic, French & English.
 
Rana Helmi
Account Manager
Rana has a background of over 14 years in both the travel agency and airline industry. She joined HTM from Etihad Airways, where she was a Senior Sales Executive, managing a portfolio of Corporate & Leisure accounts. Rana provides a dedicated service to her portfolio along with extensive analytical expertise and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
