The Account Manager is fundamental in creating a high quality, innovative and progressive travel management program. We align with your travel management team to manage the overall business plan. The Account Manager will work with your travel team, to develop a business plan that encompasses every component of your travel program. This plan will include objectives and tactics to achieve them, ensuring that we align our goals with your company objectives. Planning meetings between the Account Manager and the Travel Liaison, ensure two-way communication about our customers program and any changing business needs. Throughout the year, the Account Manager will conduct regular reviews to measure our customers program’s success and identify improvement opportunities.
